Background to Company

Xilium Ltd evolved from the Director, Penny Powell, working for many years  in various PA and management roles developing skills and ideas for running a proactive company of her own.  Over these years working with both big and small organisations she saw the potential to amalgamate the different working practices that she had experienced, offering both a personal and effective service to consultants in private practice and small business or individuals in need of back office support.
